Oh So Tired
Can anyone tell me how they successfully did the following:
1. Got more energy
2. Lost weight
3. Stopped Smoking

If you quit smoking, you will gain weight, so you’ll need a healthy diet; no carbs for a while and exercise. You’ll get lots of energy back… I make it sound so easy don’t I? *hehe*

True true… but sure would be great to have it all!
Awe, well try and tackle one issue at a time. I say first tackle the stop smoking..hubby did it, quit cold turkey, and during the course of a year he gain some weight, and now is dieting and losing that weight.. I know that isn’t much to offer huh? But I say tackle one at a time and don’t put so much pressure on yourself and the rest will fall into place
