WordPress Help!
Alrighty, so I have WordPress installed and all I really have to do is read up on it – ’cause I want my very own theme (design). Something that I create. I’ve seen some awesome sites that folks created and well, I want one too. This is my new home here… So I think I’ll do some research on WordPress.org through their inforamtion to see if there is something that catches my eye. Kinda, what’s the first thing to tackle.
I think I know my colors. There are four I’m identifying with… but not sure what it will look like. But even more than color, design etc. is how do I want it set up? It’s made me re-evaluate what I want from the site in itself.
I know ‘Chelle has WordPress. Any thoughts on Theme creation? Do you start with something and change it as you go?
I really just wanna have a regular steady theme that I might just improve as I go, but not change too much once I find what I like. 
One specific question I have, that I found somewhere but cannot find again is… how to get my blog to be at www.zyriana.com, not have to choose www.zyriana.com/_wordpress. There’s gotta be a way… ?

I am not sure about the specifics on changing it to your main name. The support forums on wordpress.org have been amazing for me to find answers. I did a quick search this morning but I did not come up with a definite answer for it.
As for design. I learned by going through the classic designs (all open source so you can build up from them and it is all yours with the basic code already there).

It took me some time to learn css, and php but I am glad I did I have so much fun designing.
